Passenger Feedback
We at AirportShuttle-Minibusz have made a questionaire among our passengers, with the intension of getting feedback of our service.
The passengers who booked on-line our transfer, recieved an e-mail based questionnaire. It contained three basic questions, in hungarian and english aswell, with the option of adding notes and complaints at the end.
The responses greatly help us to work on further improvements. The newly introduced features and services blossomed throughout 2008 and shows the difference of AirportShuttle-Minibusz market position in the past and in the upcoming future. The questionaire could be finished and sent with a single click. AirportShuttle-Minibusz will ask frequently its passengers for being able to assure the high quality service and well organized transfer.
