EU Presidency and ASM

Hungary being the next incumbent in the series as assigned by the Presidency of the European Union, means a great deal of responsibility to the organizers accomodation-, program- or transfer-wise.

In order to provide the highest level of service quality to the arriving attendees of the EU events, AirportShuttle-Minibusz is to deploy its' 20 years of experience that had been gained during the execution of airport transfers along with the Information Technology system that has been been in development for the past 3 years and - last but not least - the employees who are all experts in their field will also be called in to the frontline of the operation.

Based on the contract inked with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the attendees of the EU conferences and meetings are presented with a separate EU Lane queue and discount price airport transfer by ASM.

All the accredited passengers are escorted in accordance to the list the organizers previously send us. This way the attendees are given a secure and previously settled service, and on the other hand, as we know their exact flight arrival time, we are able to transfer them even if there is flight delay.

The seamless connection with the EU hostesses at the terminals mean little to none administration duties for the EU attendees arriving to Budapest, meaning that they can start their transfer to their accomodation or event as soon as possible.

The transfer requests are executed with vehicles from our own fleet, be it vehicles with boarding capacity of 8 or 50 people.

The EU Presidency attendees - journalists - who arrived this january to the opening event from every corner of the Earth accredited from Brussels, were escorted with four buses with a boarding capacity of 50 people, whereas the passengers from the Gödöllő Royal Castle to the airport were escorted by our minibuses with a boarding capacity of 8 people.

We do really hope that at the end of the incumbent period, Budapest and therefore Hungary will make an overall good impression in Brussels. An impression we humbly hope to have been taken part in making.
